We responsibly manage our properties to ensure a sustainable supply of crops, livestock, timber, water, oil and gas and other agricultural and natural resource-based commodities and resources for our customers. Every acre that we harvest is reforested, either through our own replanting or through natural regeneration.

Commercial Real Estate

We specifically require our third-party management providers to manage our properties to ensure a sustainable supply of commercial real estate for our customers.  We utilize LED lighting, low flow water-saving plumbing fixtures, high-efficiency appliances and HVAC equipment and smart meters on all properties.  We also utilize green building materials whenever feasible and systematic routine maintenance programs.  

We use the best available technology to manage our properties and utilize management practices that protect and conserve natural resources for the benefit of future generations.
